Product Manager II

• Develop and articulate a clear product strategy for optimizing support and experience for business customers
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design to shape strategy & roadmap, prioritize valuable problems, and launch MVPs to validate hypotheses
• Lead iterative product & design thinking to continuously measure, learn, and enhance user experience in business customer-facing products
• Build a deep, data-driven understanding of customer needs, pain points, and behaviors across programs

This role creates positive change by accelerating the transition to clean energy through software that manages energy resources to balance the grid more efficiently, reducing fossil fuel use and contributing to decarbonization efforts.

• 5+ years experience leading product teams to understand highest value pain points, market opportunities, and delivering on them
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with ability to articulate narratives to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience leading horizontal, multi-team efforts around shared business goals, embedding discovery throughout the process
• User-first mindset that advocates for simple, elegant solutions while balancing ambiguity and technical constraints

• Salary range: $112,000-$140,000 + Bonus
