Product Manager II

• Lead and extend EnergyHub's core platform for managing distributed energy resources
• Uncover insights from analytics, user research, market research, and cross-functional partners
• Define, prioritize, build, document, and iterate on new product features
• Balance long-term bets with short-term improvements, optimizing for speed of learning and time to impact

This role helps create a clean, distributed energy future by enabling virtual power plants that keep the grid stable and increase renewable energy penetration, directly contributing to climate change mitigation.

• 2-4 years of software product management experience with proven business impact
• Experience with electric utilities or IoT, familiarity with grid management tools
• Demonstrated ability to align and influence cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills
