Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage the Product Roadmap using Agile Scrum methodology
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to understand pain points and translate them into user-centric product requirements
  • Scope software integration requests as part of our overall execution strategy to work with other nonprofit technology providers
  • Oversee feature deployments and launches, creating internal and external resources as necessary
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to align on decisions made throughout the product lifecycle
  • Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies relevant to nonprofit technology
  • Analyze product performance metrics and end-user behaviors for a data-driven approach to feature development and prioritization
  • Ensure industry-specific compliance standards and maintain product stability and security

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Experience managing a product roadmap and delivery process in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Strong ability to break down complex problems into clear requirements
  • Experience working on SaaS products with APIs, integrations, or data synchronization workflows
  • Ability to scope and evaluate third-party integration requests, balancing customer value with platform strategy
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear product direction
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing
  • Results-oriented, organized, and comfortable owning ambiguous problems
  • Strong written documentation skills and a bias toward clarity and shared understanding
  • Collaborative, curious, and motivated by impactโ€”especially in mission-driven work
  • Comfortable working remotely while staying highly engaged with a distributed team
