Product Manager

• Own the roadmap for underwriting tax credit transactions on the Crux platform
• Work directly with customers, partners, and customer-facing teams to develop a vision and strategy for that problem space
• Iterate quickly with stakeholders to improve features in market
• Partner with engineering & design to drive implementation of features

This role helps accelerate the clean economy by making transactions on Crux's platform efficient, intelligent, and seamless, thereby unlocking faster decision-making, lower cost of capital, and accelerated deployment of clean energy and manufacturing projects.

• 5-8 years of experience in product management, with executional excellence and high ownership
• LLM-native: experience building features that leverage LLMs with mature product sense
• Strategic rigor with strengths in communication, problem-solving, and identifying elegant solutions
• Startup minded: excited about working at an early-stage startup and wearing multiple hats
• Mission oriented: wanting to use skills to improve sustainable finance in a collaborative team

• Compensation: $175,000-$225,000 salary, company-wide bonus of $15,000-$30,000 tied to revenue goals, and equity in the form of stock options
