Product Leader, NAM

• Provide leadership and direction for all product managers in North America to drive sales growth and market penetration
• Work with sales and operations leaders to implement product strategies, drive revenue streams, and deliver targeted capital productivity
• Develop competitor analysis, identify market opportunities, and maintain deep market awareness
• Set high standards, establish clear objectives, and hold team accountable for performance

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent preferred
• 5-10 years of people management experience
• 10+ years of product management experience
• Successful record of accomplishment in developing and leading sales and marketing strategies ($100M+ revenue)
• Experience managing a multi-site operating environment and partnering in matrix organization structures
