Product Leader

Core responsibilities:

• Lead, plan and direct overall engineering and manufacturing activities for a product line
• Direct and oversee activities to provide world-class quality and manufacturing engineering technical support to manufacturing areas
• Plan, schedule, facilitate and supervise daily activities of manufacturing team(s) ensuring quality, safety, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery goals
• Identify and implement improvements that reduce product cost 5% annually, improve quality and maximize customer satisfaction

This role creates positive change by implementing improvements that reduce product costs, improve quality, maximize customer satisfaction, and promote workforce diversity while ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards.

Required qualifications:

• University degree in Technical or Industrial Engineering (required)
• Minimum 5 years experience in similar role
• Expert level proficiency in MS Office and SAP
• Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean, Kaizen), quality tools, project management, and team management
