Product Lead Connectivity (all genders)

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of connectivity products, from discovery and requirements gathering through launch and iteration, defining product strategy and roadmap based on market needs and competitive landscape.
• Lead and develop a team of 2-3 product people through coaching and mentorship, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the product domain.
• Drive strategic partnerships by collaborating with the growth team to certify at least 10 new OEM partners within 12 months, expanding the product ecosystem.
• Take ownership of delivering key product integrations, managing the budget for connectivity initiatives, and defining and tracking success metrics to inform roadmap decisions.

This role directly impacts how Europe manages its sustainable energy future by spearheading the next evolution of interoperability in energy management, contributing to connected green energy solutions.

• 8+ years of hands-on expertise in DER integration or SaaS/IoT energy management, with experience in both being advantageous.
• Strong product management skills, including crafting roadmaps, defining requirements, and prioritizing tasks, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and developing people.
• Experience running and growing OEM partnership programs, ideally in Europe and Asia, with a network in the OEM space and success in launching cloud-to-cloud integrations.
• Comfort with budget and P&L responsibilities, excellent English communication skills, and proficiency in managing diverse stakeholders, with German language skills as a plus.
