Product Growth Head, IIX Platforms - India

As the Product Growth Head at IIX, you will lead the strategic growth and development of IIX Values™ and IIX Intelligence™. Your role involves:

• Lead user acquisition strategies to scale IIX Values™ and IIX Intelligence™ and develop strategic partnerships with donors, investors, and impact-focused stakeholders.
• Define and execute product roadmaps to enhance platform functionality and user experience, implementing agile methodologies for operational efficiency.
• Lead innovation initiatives, transforming business priorities into scalable solutions and overseeing data-driven decision-making integration.
• Strengthen collaboration with stakeholders and ensure platforms adhere to ESG principles and frameworks while advocating for gender-focused and climate-conscious investment strategies.

This role creates positive change by driving the growth of digital platforms that enable impact measurement and provide data-driven insights for gender equality and climate action, ultimately advancing sustainable finance and impact investing globally.

Preferred qualifications for this role include:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in platform management, data analytics, and digital product development.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau), and UI/UX principles.
• Experience working with ESG frameworks, impact investing, and sustainable finance, with ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive stakeholder engagement.
