Mission
What you will drive
- Deploy AI technology with industrial recycling customers to improve plant operations
- Take problems from observation to shipped features end-to-end within a sprint or two
- Collaborate with ML team to turn model outputs into user-friendly interfaces for forklift drivers and procurement managers
- Work closely with customers to understand critical improvements and assess their needs

What makes you a great fit
- Experience with Python, Django, React/React Native, PostgreSQL, Google Cloud
- At least 2 years in a fast-shipping environment with strong monitoring and testing
- Ability to work autonomously and handle competing priorities
- Willingness to travel to customer sites or London HQ monthly
