Product Development Lead

Core responsibilities:

• Lead the development and optimization of cultivated meat production processes
• Manage cross-functional teams to scale up production from lab to commercial scale

Required qualifications:

• Advanced degree in biotechnology, biochemical engineering, or related field
• 5+ years experience in bioprocess development and scale-up
• Proven track record of leading technical teams in biotech or food tech
• Strong knowledge of bioreactor systems, cell culture, and tissue engineering
