Product Development Lead

Core responsibilities:

• Lead the development and optimization of cultivated meat products from concept to commercialization
• Manage cross-functional teams including R&D, engineering, and production to scale manufacturing processes
• Drive product innovation and quality improvements to meet market and regulatory requirements
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators for product development and manufacturing efficiency

This role accelerates the transition to sustainable food systems by developing cultivated meat that reduces environmental impact, improves animal welfare, and addresses global food security challenges.

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product development, preferably in biotech, food science, or related fields
• Strong background in bioprocess engineering, cell culture, or tissue engineering
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects from research to production
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across scientific and business functions
