Product Designer

Complex Systems & Data Visualization Design: Create intuitive interfaces for Revolt Admin, transforming dense live data from charger status, live session insights to maintenance tracking into scannable and actionable solutions.

Own Discovery & User Research: Partner with Operations teams to observe and interview users, identify pain points and opportunities, and bridge the gap between complex operational reality and user-centric design solutions.

Drive Collaboration: Communicate design decisions clearly, lead workshops to gather diverse perspectives, and build consensus across the organization.

Prototyping & Validation: Create interactive prototypes to validate concepts with users and gather feedback throughout the design process.

This role accelerates Europe's electric vehicle and charging infrastructure revolution by designing systems that help operational teams efficiently manage and expand Fastned's charging network, directly supporting the transition to clean energy.

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Designer within an agile Scrum environment, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in data visualization and complex systems.
• Proficient across the entire product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, with a pragmatic mindset balancing user needs with strategic business goals.
• Detail-oriented problem solver who uses qualitative user and quantitative insights to validate design decisions.
• Adept communicator experienced in partnering with Engineering and Product Management, with skills in facilitating workshops and design sprints.
• Proficient in Figma and Miro, with experience contributing to and evolving design systems.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive spirit with genuine passion for the energy transition and Fastned's mission.
• Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
