Procurement Manager

• Develop procurement strategies and oversee procurement workflow efforts while supporting operations
• Provide category management and reporting expertise, improve procurement policies and procedures
• Lead a virtual card program while supporting the strategic sourcing team
• Manage source-to-pay (S2P) procurement activities and foster effective communication and collaboration across departments

This role creates positive change by developing efficient procurement strategies that optimize spending, improve supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, ultimately supporting the organization's financial health and operational effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years of procurement experience with focus on indirect categories, best practices, source-to-pay strategies, and supplier management principles
• Hands-on experience using Coupa procurement software (P2P, CLM, and punchouts)
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data validation, complex formulas), manipulating and analyzing large datasets

• Salary range in the US: $106,000.00 - $172,000.00
• A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
