What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead the print strategy, vision, roadmap, and P&L, overseeing forecasting, budgeting, and margin targets for the print line
  • Manage the end-to-end print product development lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration
  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, proactively managing risks and delays while coordinating across internal teams, vendors, and customers
  • Serve as primary point of contact for customers regarding print products, ensuring alignment between requirements and production capabilities

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5+ years of experience in print production or similar role highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of print workflows and specifications
  • Experience managing customer communications and delivery timelines
  • Proficiency in project management tools
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
