Principal Supply Chain Process Architect

• Architect end-to-end supply chain processes (Plan/Source/Deliver) to drive simplification and repeatability at scale.
• Define and maintain global standards including process blueprints, SOPs, business rules, RACI/decision rights, and governance.
• Lead systemic defect elimination and drive root-cause problem solving across process, data, system, and behavior.
• Partner with IT and Data Governance to align process intent with system capabilities and ensure data quality.

This role enables Nextpower to scale its supply chain operations efficiently, improving customer reliability and supporting the global energy transition by accelerating the deployment of clean energy infrastructure.

• 15+ years in supply chain process design, operations excellence, or operating model roles in a global enterprise.
• Proven ability to build operating mechanisms (standards, decision rights, governance, controls) that scale across regions.
• Strong systems thinking and trade-off management skills.
• Experience with enterprise platforms (Oracle preferred) and partnering with IT on process-to-system translation.
