What you will drive
- Provide technical leadership for the mobile engineering domain, shaping technical strategy and driving engineering excellence.
- Partner with Product and Engineering stakeholders to influence product strategy and ensure technical decisions align with business objectives.
- Define and drive technical strategy, architecture, and standards for Centrica's mobile platforms, ensuring scalable, resilient, and maintainable solutions.
- Coach, mentor, and support engineers, and lead engineering communities and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Strong expertise in React Native and modern mobile application development.
- Proven experience delivering and supporting mobile applications through the full development lifecycle, including deployment to Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Experience building robust automated testing strategies (unit and integration testing).
- Strong understanding of mobile CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment automation.
