Principal Product Manager

As a Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and delivering products that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, develop product roadmaps, and drive product development. Responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining product roadmaps, Collaborating with engineering teams to develop and deliver products, Working with design teams to develop user experiences, Defining and managing product requirements, Analyzing customer feedback and market trends to inform product decisions.

This role supports critical defense and public safety missions by developing advanced surveillance technologies that help warfighters, first responders, and search-and-rescue teams perform their jobs more effectively and save lives.

Requirements include: 5+ years of experience in product management, Proven track record of delivering successful products, Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends, Excellent communication and collaboration skills, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary range: $141,900-$189,200 USD annually. The company is committed to ethical business practices and equal opportunity employment. Position requires ability to travel 10-20% within USA and internationally.
