Principal Product Manager

• Develop and execute comprehensive product strategy from conception through end of life for surveillance products
• Lead market analysis, competitive intelligence, and product positioning to drive business growth
• Manage the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and coordinate product lifecycle management
• Work with engineering, business development, and marketing teams to align product requirements and technology development

This role supports critical defense and public safety missions by developing advanced surveillance technologies that help warfighters, first responders, and search-and-rescue teams perform their jobs more effectively and save lives.

• Minimum 12 years of related experience with Bachelor's degree or 8+ years with Master's degree
• Experience with US Government procurement practices and Department of Defense/Military standards
• Strong project management, analytical, and leadership skills with ability to obtain security clearance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Project and experience in matrixed organizations

Salary range: $141,900-$189,200 USD annually. The company is committed to ethical business practices and equal opportunity employment. Position requires ability to travel 10-20% within USA and internationally.
