Mission
What you will drive
- Define and build AI-powered capabilities across Measurabl's sustainability data platform, identifying high-value applications for AI to reduce manual work and surface insights for real estate portfolios.
- Own features end-to-end, including post-launch performance, accuracy, edge cases, and tradeoffs between automation and human review.
- Partner with customers managing billions in real estate assets to validate AI-generated output and translate real-world workflows into product requirements.
- Drive alignment across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams, and influence the roadmap for AI capabilities.

This role directly contributes to reducing the environmental footprint of the built environment by enabling real estate owners, operators, and investors to better manage sustainability data and make informed decisions that drive energy efficiency and carbon reduction.
Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 8–10 years in product management with a track record of shipping successful B2B products, majority in real estate (proptech, real estate data/technology platforms, or real estate services firms).
- Direct experience shipping at least one AI/ML-powered feature or product in production, or demonstrable fluency using AI for product management work.
- Comfortable partnering with data science and ML engineers on evaluation design; strong analytical and quantitative decision-making skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast with limited resources, and has genuine interest in sustainability and climate data.
