Principal Power Systems Engineer is responsible for leading the development of power systems for our company's products. This includes designing, testing, and validating power systems to ensure they meet our quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience with power systems design and development. The role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The Principal Power Systems Engineer will be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the development of our company's power systems strategy.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 10+ years of experience in power systems design and development. Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and power systems design. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience with power systems simulation and modeling tools. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
