Principal Management Consultant

You'll work with public and private sector clients on complex organisational challenges that sit at the heart of their future ambitions. These challenges demand purposeful change and you'll help shape and deliver it with curiosity, judgement, and confidence.

• Shape clients' change and transformation plans, ensuring alignment with business cases and wider organisational objectives
• Lead day-to-day, client-facing Advisory work, managing delivery, priorities, and relationships
• Think strategically, applying critical analysis and insight to complex problems and uncertain contexts
• Challenge assumptions and options, and present credible, persuasive alternatives that support better decision-making

This role helps organizations navigate complexity and build resilient, inclusive, future-ready businesses, ultimately uplifting communities and enhancing lives through infrastructure development.

• Experience planning, leading, and delivering strategy-led change and transformation initiatives in ambiguous environments
• Ability to take ownership of complex cultural and hierarchical stakeholder relationships, working credibly with senior leaders
• Experience operating across the full spectrum of consultancy, from advising executive leadership to leading workshops and producing high-quality outputs
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and work on client sites across the UK and UAE as required
