Principal Landscape Architect (UK WIDE)

• Lead on regional and global major projects including regeneration, energy transition, and infrastructure schemes
• Work in multi-disciplinary teams to influence design from early stages and create landscape legacy
• Undertake site surveys, produce technical documentation, and manage project responsibilities including financial control
• Develop client relationships and provide technical leadership and mentoring to the team

This role supports progress towards net zero and delivers wider environmental and social benefits by creating sustainable landscape legacies through major infrastructure and energy transition projects.

• Technically competent in preparing LVIAs, TVIAs and evidence-base documents in accordance with best practice
• Thorough knowledge of UK planning system with respect to landscape architecture
• Experience in project management including financial control, reporting, and program management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud (preferred), with experience in ArcGIS, AutoCAD Civils 3D, Revit, LSS or ProjectWise being useful
