Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead flood flow estimation using established methodologies and develop/check hydraulic models for flood alleviation schemes, risk assessments, and flood maps.
- Lead and contribute to tenders, produce technical reports, and conceptualize modelling approaches with risk consideration.
- Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams on flood risk management projects.
- Mentor junior staff, build client relationships, and ensure quality delivery within budget and program.

Required skills and experience:
- Senior technical expertise in flood modelling and hydrological methodologies.
- Experience with hydraulic modelling packages such as Flood Modeller, TUFLOW, HEC-RAS, and InfoWorks ICM.
- Ability to lead tenders, produce technical reports, and manage project delivery.
- Strong collaboration, mentoring, and client relationship skills.
