Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead flood flow estimation using established methodologies and develop/check hydraulic models for flood alleviation schemes, risk assessments, and flood maps.
  • Lead and contribute to tenders, produce technical reports, and conceptualize modelling approaches with risk consideration.
  • Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams on flood risk management projects.
  • Mentor junior staff, build client relationships, and ensure quality delivery within budget and program.

Required skills and experience:

  • Senior technical expertise in flood modelling and hydrological methodologies.
  • Experience with hydraulic modelling packages such as Flood Modeller, TUFLOW, HEC-RAS, and InfoWorks ICM.
  • Ability to lead tenders, produce technical reports, and manage project delivery.
  • Strong collaboration, mentoring, and client relationship skills.
