Principal Enterprise Architect

• Act as a C-Suite Transformation Partner: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives (especially CIOs), aligning their strategic goals with technical strategy and guiding them through cloud modernization journeys
• Define and Design Technical Strategy: Lead overall architecture, data, and cloud strategy for key accounts, designing innovative solutions leveraging enterprise modernization, capability mapping, and emerging technologies like Agentic AI
• Drive Value Realization and Adoption: Create enterprise-level success plans to monitor KPIs, mitigate technical risks, and use governance to ensure customers achieve business goals through solution adoption
• Enable Internal Teams and Partners: Coach consulting teams and partners on complex implementation and develop reusable assets, technical designs, and thought leadership content

This role creates positive change by helping organizations modernize their technical infrastructure through innovative solutions like Agentic AI, enabling them to achieve strategic business goals and drive value through technology adoption.

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, technical consulting, or post-sales solution delivery
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field; advanced degree may substitute for experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with demonstrated success building and articulating architectural visions to senior stakeholders
• Comprehensive understanding of modern enterprise architecture including cloud platforms, AI technologies, enterprise data strategies, application integration, workflow orchestration, and security for hybrid-cloud applications

• On Target Earnings (OTE) range in the US: $227,000 - $368,000 USD Annual
• Eligible for commission based on sales performance
