Principal Engineer - Platform Enablement Squad

• Define and evolve the Field Platform architecture to ensure scalability, resilience, and interoperability.
• Drive consolidation and simplification of the platform estate, reducing duplication and technical debt.
• Shape cross-domain technical design decisions and deliver new digital capabilities in partnership with product and business leaders.
• Establish engineering excellence across teams, championing CI/CD, observability, testing, and secure-by-design principles.
