Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Perform EMT studies and model benchmarking studies in accordance with IEEE, ISO and Utility guidelines
- Lead and perform advanced largeโload power system modeling and dynamic impact studies to assess system performance and interconnection requirements
- Serve as subject matter expert on EMT/RMS model benchmarking as it relates to Large Load and generator interconnection studies
- Identify optimal strategy for project interconnection to the grid based on system impacts and grid capacity

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in the electric energy industry
- Experience in Large Load modelling and EMT studies
- In-depth knowledge of at least one EMT software package such as PSCAD
- Knowledge of modelling guidelines in ERCOT is required
- Experience in managing and mentoring technical teams
