What you will drive

  • Lead and guide research, data collection, statistical analysis, and reporting for energy utility consulting engagements related to demand response, EV managed charging, distributed energy resources, and dynamic pricing.
  • Mentor project teams, synthesize research findings, and translate analysis into actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Manage project budgets, planning, staff balancing, and resource management while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • BA/BS in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related quantitative field with 7-9 years experience; OR MA/MS with 5-7 years; OR PhD with 2-5 years.
  • Professional experience with statistical software (R, Python, SAS, or Stata) and inferential statistics (sampling, research design, regression analysis).
  • Familiarity with the electricity sector and/or utility industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time-management abilities.
