What you will drive

  • Drive renewal business and account development, ensuring customer retention and solution adoption.
  • Lead customer engagements, map organizations for upsell opportunities, and manage commercial renewal cycles.
  • Serve as primary customer contact, perform onboarding and training, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 4-8 years of experience in a technical, analytical, or customer-facing role solving problems and explaining complex information.
  • 2+ years in a customer success role, technical account manager, or client services.
  • Experience with climate analytics, weather data, geospatial solutions, or related scientific datasets.
  • Proficiency with analytical or geospatial tools such as Tableau, QGIS, ArcGIS, Python notebooks, or similar.
