Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree plus nine or more years of related work experience, or Associate's degree plus eleven or more years of experience.
- Deep experience in the utility industry with expertise in customer experience, customer research, and/or experience design.
- Exceptional design strategy, facilitation, and workshop synthesis skills with ability to build alignment and cross-functional collaboration.
- Advanced analytical skills to translate data and insights into strategic direction.
