Principal CRM Architect - Applied AI

• Lead technical excellence for the entire CRM platform, ensuring long-term system reliability and reducing time to delivery across all teams.
• Define engineering processes, focusing on high-level KPIs, discipline, and agility.
• Lead the high-level implementation strategy for Agentforce and Einstein AI, moving toward autonomous, agentic system designs.
• Architect deeply decoupled systems using Event-Driven Patterns and Pub/Sub API, ensuring seamless integration across off-platform services (AWS, Snowflake, etc.).

This role directly contributes to Omnidian's mission of building a more sustainable future by ensuring the reliability and scalability of the CRM platform that supports distributed solar and energy storage performance assurance, accelerating the transition to renewable energy.

• 12+ years of experience in high-growth environments with a proven track record of leading platform-wide architectural changes.
• Must hold Salesforce Certified Application Architect and System Architect credentials.
• Hands-on experience researching and introducing Agentic AI or large-scale AI integrations into enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in Event-Driven Patterns, Pub/Sub API, and Platform Events.
