Principal Consultant, Sustainable Finance – Human Rights

• Lead and manage complex sustainable finance projects, integrating human rights and social performance into investment decision-making for financial institutions and corporates globally.
• Support business development through proposal writing, client pitches, and new service development to expand ERM's sustainable finance offering.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables and consistent application of international standards.

This role ensures that capital flows support resilient communities and responsible development by integrating human rights and social performance into investment decisions, helping financial institutions meet international standards and manage risk effectively.

• 6+ years (12+ preferred) of experience in project management, human rights, and peace-building operations.
• Degree in social sciences, international affairs, human rights, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Native-level English and fluency in Spanish (spoken and written).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced consulting environment, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
