- Support business development through proposal writing, client pitches, and new service development to expand ERM's sustainable finance offering.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables and consistent application of international standards.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 6+ years (12+ preferred) of experience in project management, human rights, and peace-building operations.
- Degree in social sciences, international affairs, human rights, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Native-level English and fluency in Spanish (spoken and written).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced consulting environment, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
