Principal Consultant - Social Value

• Lead social value across multiple infrastructure projects
• Develop social value strategies to deliver client objectives
• Develop monitoring and evaluation frameworks for tracking social value targets
• Oversee production of client-ready social value reporting

This role ensures that major infrastructure projects deliver measurable social value, benefiting communities through employment, education, and improved well-being.

• Proven experience in consultancy or client organization with focus on social value
• Knowledge of Public Sector Services Act 2012, PPN 001 & PPN 002 and related legislation
• Experience writing social value tender submissions and supporting work-winning
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead small teams
