- Leading high-quality project delivery for sustainable geomorphology and river restoration schemes
- Planning, managing, modelling, and designing river restoration projects
- Coordinating multi-discipline teams on all aspects of river restoration planning and delivery
- Providing coaching to peers and junior team members and liaising with clients

- Project management experience and ability to coordinate multi-discipline teams
