Principal Architect

Core responsibilities:

• Lead project design and documentation, ensuring technical rigour, design quality and consistency across all project stages.
• Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated and innovative solutions.
• Provide clear, structured and technically strong advice to clients, supporting sound decision-making across complex project requirements.
• Manage internal stakeholders, support workflow planning, and contribute to efficient project delivery.
• Mentor and uplift junior team members, while preparing and delivering confident, well-structured presentations and communications.

This role contributes to the delivery of some of Australia's most impactful projects, working on significant infrastructure that serves communities and national interests.

Required skills and experience:

• Principal or Senior level Architect experience
• Experience in Defence projects (essential)
• Experience in Data Centres and/or Rail projects (highly regarded)
• Ability to lead significant project work and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
