Principal Architect

• Lead project design and documentation, ensuring technical rigour, design quality and consistency across all project stages.
• Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated and innovative solutions.
• Provide clear, structured and technically strong advice to clients, supporting sound decision-making across complex project requirements.
• Manage internal stakeholders, support workflow planning, and contribute to efficient project delivery.
• Mentor and uplift junior team members, while preparing and delivering confident, well-structured presentations and communications.

This role contributes to the delivery of some of Australia's most impactful projects, making a difference through leading significant project work and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

• Principal or Senior level Architect
• Experience in Defence is essential
• Experience in Data Centres and/or Rail will be highly regarded
