Principal Agile Project Manager - FTC

• Lead and oversee complex, high-impact enterprise-wide programs that span multiple portfolios, directly influencing OVO strategy and driving transformation.
• Develop and champion enterprise-wide agile project management standards and best practices, establishing OVO as a leader in agile methodologies.
• Drive the development and implementation of innovative agile project management methodologies and tools, enhancing organisational agility and efficiency.
• Define, track, and optimise success indicators for agile program success at the portfolio level, using data to drive strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

This role drives OVO's mission to solve the climate crisis by enabling faster and more effective delivery of critical enterprise projects, fostering an agile and adaptive organisation capable of responding quickly to market changes, and building a highly skilled project management community that fosters innovation and continuous improvement.

• Track record of leading large-scale Agile initiatives that deliver strategic value and process optimisation.
• Deep knowledge of Agile, Lean, and advanced scaling frameworks.
• Proven ability to mentor senior delivery professionals and embed Agile best practices across teams.
• Strong capability in strategic roadmapping across cross-functional teams or departments.

Salary between £94,000 and £110,000 depending on experience, plus on-target bonus of 15%.
