Premium Service Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Provide in-depth, on-site technical support for management of technical projects and issues associated with Landis+Gyr systems assigned by program management or customer teams
• Drive resolution to technical issues by engaging and escalating to other departments including L2, L3, Product Support, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams
• Fully document resolutions in internal systems and assist customers in understanding and implementing proposed solutions
• Lead SGS service activities for assigned customers and support other L+G customers when required

This role supports the transformation toward a smarter and more sustainable energy future by helping utilities and consumers optimize energy usage through advanced metering, grid-edge intelligence, and data analytics, contributing to decarbonization and grid modernization.

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in technical support in the Utility industry or closely related field
• 3-year minimum Landis+Gyr AMI product working knowledge (Command Center, MDMS, or Integration)
• Experience with Windows desktop/server platforms and/or Unix, Microsoft Office products, SQL Server and/or Oracle database management and queries, Networking, and Scripting
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer information systems, or related field (MSc or MBA preferred)
