About the Role

• Lead and manage a team of Presales Specialists and Principals
• Provide direct support in developing the sales pipeline and executing strategies for selling Hitachi Energy Enterprise Software solutions to asset-intensive industries

This role helps asset-intensive industries like Utilities, Mining, and Transportation adopt Hitachi Energy Enterprise Software solutions, which can improve their operational efficiency and sustainability through better asset management and maintenance.

• Degree in Business, Computer Science, or other related fields. Engineering discipline or related experience and/or training.
• Minimum 10 years in a sales leadership role with a proven track record of success in enterprise software sales and management experience (both direct and indirect).
• Understanding of sales strategies and tactics, experience managing and developing a team of sales engineer professionals.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, experience of aspects of asset management, maintenance, and work management in asset-intensive industries; specifically, power generation and transmission, utilities, transportation, mining, or public infrastructure.
