What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Perform detailed bulk power system studies using various power system software such as PSCAD, PSS/e, TSAT, etc.
- Conduct IBR modeling: steady state, short circuit and dynamic in PSSE
- Perform various compliance technical assessment on IBR facility rating, protection coordination, ride through assessment.
- Prepare technical study reports for all studies performed and take responsibility for timely project completion while meeting quality and budget objectives.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electric Engineering with an emphasis in power systems
- 2-3 years of experience as a power systems engineer
- Experience performing power system impact studies such as Steady State, Short Circuit, and Dynamic Stability
- Experience with power systems software such as PSS/E, PSCAD, TSAT
