What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Own the product vision and translate the product roadmap into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
  • Collaborate with software developers, data engineers, and consulting teams to design, prioritize, and deliver product features that create measurable impact.
  • When required, step in to support the development of automation scripts for various modules of the overall product and leverage technical skills to assist the team in troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Participate in Agile processes including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring alignment between development outputs and engineering needs.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Computer Science (CS).
  • 5+ years of experience as a Power System Studies Engineer with a heavy focus on automating workflows, Software Developer or Technical Product Manager.
  • Experience in one or more of the following technical areas: inverter-based resource modeling in PSSE and PSCAD, steady-state interconnection or transmission planning studies, or software development.
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical product value to both technical and non-technical audiences, with excellent ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable requirements for development teams.
