Power Scheduler

Core responsibilities:

• Work within a team of schedulers to manage day-to-day scheduling and dispatch of Large Data Center Loads, Private Use Networks, and behind-the-meter and front-of-meter generation
• Develop and implement power and load scheduling strategies to optimize asset performance and revenue generation
• Monitor and analyze behind-the-meter gen/load conditions, real-time market conditions, grid operations, and weather forecasts to make informed scheduling decisions
• Ensure compliance with all applicable ERCOT market rules and NERC regulations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in power scheduling with focus on renewable energy assets
• 3+ years of experience in managing power scheduling or real-time power trading
• Strong understanding of ERCOT market structures, rules, and regulations
• Hands-on experience with PV, wind, gas, and BESS scheduling and dispatch

Total Compensation: $121,000 - $128,000 (base salary + bonus)
