Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Work within a team of schedulers to manage day-to-day scheduling and dispatch of Large Data Center Loads, Private Use Networks, and behind-the-meter and front-of-meter generation
- Develop and implement power and load scheduling strategies to optimize asset performance and revenue generation
- Monitor and analyze behind-the-meter gen/load conditions, real-time market conditions, grid operations, and weather forecasts to make informed scheduling decisions
- Ensure compliance with all applicable ERCOT market rules and NERC regulations

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in power scheduling with focus on renewable energy assets
- 3+ years of experience in managing power scheduling or real-time power trading
- Strong understanding of ERCOT market structures, rules, and regulations
- Hands-on experience with PV, wind, gas, and BESS scheduling and dispatch
