What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Investigate bacteria/bacteriophages interactions and genetic innovation at this interface
- Work on genetic systems including CRISPR-Cas, novel anti-phage systems, and Diversity Generating Retroelements (DGRs)
- Define own line of research within the lab's scope of interest with support from lab members
- Focus on both fundamental aspects of genetic systems and their applications to develop novel tools to study and control bacteria
