Portfolio Delivery Leader

Core responsibilities:

• Accountability for the planning, safe execution, and delivery of a portfolio of Environment projects at As Sold or better financial KPIs.
• Evaluating day-to-day project delivery performance, pricing strategies, risk management, forecasting and budgeting, and performance reporting for a ranging portfolio of Environment clients and projects.
• Providing proactive and hands-on support to project managers to support strong financial monitoring, prevent project issues, address risks, and make recommendations to improve project performance.
• Developing strong deputy project managers and fostering career growth of project managers.

This role contributes to AECOM's mission of providing sustainable solutions for some of the world's most challenging environmental issues by ensuring efficient and effective delivery of environmental projects that address wide-ranging problems across various market sectors and geographies.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience in portfolio management, project delivery, and financial oversight within environmental projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders, both internally and externally, and present information confidently and concisely.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and commercial terms evaluation.
• Experience mentoring and directing project management and project controls staff, with a focus on developing their capabilities.
