Portfolio Associate

• Own and deliver quarterly valuation updates for assigned renewable energy assets, including DCF modeling, assumption refresh, and preparation of Valuation Committee papers.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance long-term asset value through refinancing, operational improvements, and strategic portfolio actions.
• Support fund-level analysis, investor reporting, and new investment/disposal processes through valuation analysis and model review.

This role directly supports the growth and optimization of renewable energy assets, accelerating the transition to net zero by enabling sustainable investment and maximizing the positive environmental impact of green energy infrastructure.

• Minimum 4 years relevant experience in infrastructure, renewable energy, asset management, project finance, or infrastructure valuation.
• Strong discounted cash-flow and debt modeling skills; advanced Excel capabilities (VBA advantageous).
• Experience preparing valuation papers, investment papers, or investor-facing analysis.
• Progress toward CFA, ACA, ACCA or similar qualification advantageous.
