Portfolio Associate

Core responsibilities:

• Support commercial management of multiple development pipelines, tracking performance against investment cases and milestones
• Act as key day-to-day contact with development partners, managing coordination and communication with developers
• Maintain and adapt financial models to monitor valuation and financial performance of investments
• Support value maximization initiatives for development projects including exit timing, sale preparation, and revenue contracting

This role contributes to the success of a large renewable energy development portfolio across Europe, helping deliver clean energy investments and supporting the transition to sustainable energy systems.

Required skills and experience:

• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing investments, assets, and/or development pipelines
• Proficient in financial modeling principles, accounting, project management, data, and reporting
• Experience analyzing complex data, tracking KPIs, and preparing structured reporting for stakeholders
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
