What you will drive
- Drive sharp political strategy at the heart of global campaigns and advocacy work to land global and in-country political wins for the just and equitable energy transition.
- Translate campaign momentum into concrete policy wins by identifying political openings, sharpening positioning at key moments (including COP cycles), and deepening influence with policymakers, media, and political actors worldwide.
- Support fossil fuel phase-out and a just energy transition by developing political strategies, contributing to international processes, and ensuring strategic continuity across COP cycles.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of experience in political strategy, advocacy, or research in climate, energy, development, or related disciplines.
- Substantive lived and professional experience in Global Majority contexts.
- Demonstrated track record of influencing political processes and decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of climate politics, energy systems, and/or fossil fuel phase-out.
