Policy Specialist

We are seeking a Policy Specialist to join our team. The Policy Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing policies that support the organization's mission and goals. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that policies are aligned with business objectives and are effective in achieving desired outcomes. The Policy Specialist will also be responsible for analyzing data and trends to inform policy decisions and for communicating policy changes to stakeholders. This is a full-time position based in New York, NY. The Policy Specialist will report to the Director of Policy and will work closely with other members of the policy team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of policy development and implementation, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. The Policy Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining policies and procedures, analyzing data and trends to inform policy decisions, and communicating policy changes to stakeholders. The Policy Specialist will also be responsible for providing policy guidance and support to other teams within the organization. Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. public policy, law, business administration). 5+ years of experience in policy development and implementation. Strong understanding of policy development and implementation. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to analyze data and trends to inform policy decisions. Ability to communicate policy changes to stakeholders.
