Mission
What you will drive
- Lead MCBC's Road Program and advance safe, convenient bicycling for all ages and abilities in Marin County.
- Promote and advocate for a connected network of protected and separated bike routes.
- Represent the bicycling community at local, regional, and state levels on policy, planning, and funding matters.
- Oversee the development of local bike advocacy groups and cultivate relationships with stakeholders.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Strategic and political thinker with strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, able to interpret complex planning documents for lay audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Political Science, Environmental Studies, or related field (master's preferred).
- Experience in advocacy, planning, or related field; ability to work under pressure.
