Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Support advocacy work in Brussels with EU institutions and stakeholders by drafting positions and staying on top of relevant news
- Contribute to wider organizational work including supporting funding proposals, developing campaign strategy, and providing policy input into communications
- Work on aviation and shipping decarbonization as part of the SASHA Coalition to show ambitious climate action and business can be complementary
- Participate in internal committees and help build ambitious coalitions to fight climate change

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- Strong political awareness in the EU context and understanding of EU decision-making and governance processes
- Strong understanding of EU transport, energy, and climate policy, with expertise in one of Opportunity Green's core workstreams
- Highly competent at policy analysis and performing desk-based research, able to lead independent projects with minimal supervision
- Confident written and oral communicator who can adapt complex ideas for different audiences
- Ability to grasp novel and complex technical information quickly and communicate it to others
- Experience building relationships with diverse stakeholders including civil society, diplomats, and civil servants

- Annual salary of €48,000
- 4-day work week (28 hours, Monday-Thursday)
