Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead the activities of the Payments for Environmental Services (PES) Delivery Lab in Brazil
- Coordinate policy engagement, evidence dissemination, and technical advisory support to government and institutional partners
- Support the development, implementation, and scaling of effective PES policies grounded in rigorous evidence
- Organize and participate in thought leadership events and policy dialogues

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Master studies in economics, political science, public policy, or related field (PhD is a plus)
- Fluent Portuguese, intermediate Spanish and English
- Experience working with governments required, familiarity with PES is a must
- Advanced skills in Google Suite and PowerPoint/Presentations
