Policy Associate, Cross-Regional Advocacy

• Conduct research and analysis on policy and market assessment related to global topics such as diffusion, trade, geopolitics, energy markets, infrastructure finance, and security.
• Work with CATF's regional advocacy teams to advance international policy priorities through policymaker engagement and education.
• Evaluate policy opportunities and trends for advocacy at multilateral and interregional levels, supporting strategy development and execution.
• Assist in coordination of cross-regional advocacy team, including representing CATF in public fora and developing content like blogs and reports.

This role helps drive international partnerships and policies that advance the development and deployment of clean technologies, contributing to global climate change mitigation and safeguarding against the worst impacts of climate change.

• BSc/BA required; 3+ years of professional experience in energy/climate policy or related field (advanced degree may count toward experience).
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong collaboration and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; proven experience in policy research and writing.

Full-time, remote position with flexible location. Annual salary range $85,000 - $106,000 (USD) dependent on skills and experience. Excellent benefits package available.
